VAN NEST
Mrs. Evangeline Mary Van Nest of
Rimbey, Alberta passed away
suddenly in the Red Deer Regional
Hospital on Tuesday August 23, 2005
at the age of 80 years.
Predeceased by her loving husband
Hector Van Nest on March 31, 2005
as well as by one granddaughter
Sharman Burns, her parents John
and Maria Noble and by one
brother Hardy, Evangeline is survived by her loving children;
three sons; Terry (Lois) Van Nest, Rick (Della) Van
Nest and Wesley Van Nest, one daughter; Melody (Steve).
Evangeline also leaves to mourn seven grandchildren,
five great grandchildren, three brothers; Don (Evelyn)
Noble, Johnny (Doreen) Noble, Bill (Sadie) Noble, three
sisters; Jessie (Robert) Gates, Rosie Smithson and Joy
(Lloyd) Sheils.
Funeral services will be held from the Rimbey United
Church on Tuesday August 30, 2005 at 2:00 PM with
Reverend Deborah Laing officiating. Interment of
Evangeline’s cremated remains will follow in the West
Haven Cemetery.
If friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made
to the David Thompson Health Region or to the charity
of the donor’s choice.
