CHARLTON
Mrs. Jocelyn “Lyn” M. Charlton of Breton, Alberta
passed away peacefully in her sleep at the Rimbey Hospital
and Care Centre on Wednesday, July 20, 2005 at the age of
69 years.
Lyn will be lovingly remembered by her husband, John;
her sons, David (Joyce-Lynn) Charlton of Colorado
Springs, Colorado; and Brad (Nicole) Charlton of Breton;
her daughter, Merina (Russell) Cochrane of Kamloops, B.C.;
and her daughter-in-law, Noreen Mills-Charlton of Red
Deer; as well as seven grandchildren; Kody, Todd, Nadina,
Kevin, Ian, Jessica, and Sabrina; and one special great
grandson, Jordan. She will also be lovingly remembered
by her brothers, James (Kay) Woodrow; and Allan
Woodrow, both of Red Deer. Lyn was predeceased by her
son, Randy in 2002; her brother, Edwin; and her sister,
Laurel.
Memorial Services in Celebration of Lyn’s Life were
held at the Breton Community Centre, Breton on Monday,
July 25, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Dan Olson officiating.
Cremation took place in Red Deer, Alberta. If friends desire,
memorial tributes in Lyn’s memory may be made directly to
the Canadian Cancer Society, 4730A Ross Street, Red Deer,
