SARGEANT
Muriel Louise Sarah Sargeant was born February 28, 1923 at Amisk, Alberta to August and Kate Lundberg. She passed away Monday, February 14, in the Rimbey Long Term Care Centre at the age of 87 years. She is survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Roy Sargeant and her ten children; Delbert (Lynn) Sargeant, Rycroft, Joy (Marvin) Sheets, Almonte, ON, Marvin (Merilyn) Sargeant, Rimbey, Cherry(Gary) Goodkey, Edmonton, Bonnie (Allen) Lysons, Smiths Falls, ON, Lorraine (Larry) Layden, Innisfail, Rose Marie (Lynn) Cornell, Rich Valley, Brenda (Stan) Olson, Edson, Dawn (Bob) Service, Rimbey, Calvin (Louise) Sargeant, Rimbey, as well as thirty-one grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren and one sister, Opal Beer, Ft St John BC. She was predeceased by her parents, two brothers, three sisters and one grandson. Funeral services were held from the Rimbey Community Centre on Saturday February 19, 2011. Interment followed in the West Haven Cemetery in Rimbey. If friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Rimbey Auxiliary Long Term Care PO Box 440 Rimbey, Alberta T0C 2J0.
