September 2, 1948 - August 31, 2020
Neil A. Flaman of Rimbey, Alberta, age 71 years, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 31, 2020 at the family farm - a place he cherished deeply and forever called 'home'.
Neil will be greatly missed and always remembered by his loving family: his wife and best friend, Desiree; his five sons: Craig (Heidi) Flaman of Springbrook; Kevin (Cristy) Flaman of Red Deer; Kyle Flaman of Olds; Rudy Flaman (Tim) of Calgary; and Joey Gushulak of Thunder Bay, Ontario; his five daughters: Monika Flaman (Terry) of Mayerthorpe; Steffi (Ryan) Pratt of Medicine Hat; Erika Flaman of Red Deer; Chasity Gushulak of Rock Island, Illinois; and Brook (Vern) Armstrong of Kakabeka Falls, Ontario; as well as eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild. He will also be lovingly remembered by four brothers: Guy (Mishelle) Flaman of Edmonton; Allan (Edie) Flaman of Nova Scotia; Nathan Flaman of Calgary; and Warren Flaman (Christine) of Calgary; and three sisters: Brenda McPherson of Calgary; Rhonda Flaman of Calgary; and Laura Flaman also of Calgary; in addition to many nieces and nephews, numerous other relatives, and a host of close friends. Neil was predeceased by his parents, Albert and Anna; and his first wife, Angela in 1998.
An Informal Gathering in Celebration of Neil's Life will be held at a later date.
