On August 01, Nettie peacefully journeyed from this world. Nettie will be greatly missed by family and friends.
She was born in Calgary, Alberta to Annie and George Osatiuk and was the middle child of five siblings.
Nettie grew up in the Homeglen area of central Alberta and was married to Michael Washkevich on June 06, 1955. They celebrated 60 years together before Michael's passing in 2015.
Nettie is survived by three daughters; Irene Aldrich, Olga Stern and Debbie Baudais; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and her brother Bill Osatiuk.
Nettie was preceded in death by her daughter Anne Kimenius. She will be remembered as a wonderful Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend.
Funeral Service for Nettie was held from Gaetz Memorial United Church, 4758 Ross St., Red Deer on Saturday August 06, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.
