MAXWELL
O.R. 'Max' Maxwell of Bluffton, Alberta passed away at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre, Rimbey on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at the age of 78 years.
Max will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his beloved wife of 62 years, Eileen; his two sons, Gord (Karen) Maxwell of Hamilton, Ontario; and Scott Maxwell of Oshawa, Ontario; and four daughters, Linda (Wayne) Brinson of Bluffton; Wendy (Rick) Janoweski of Winfield; Faye (Joe) Button of Courtice, Ontario; and Leanda (David) Levasseur of Peterborough, Ontario. He will also be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by twelve grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and his sister, Alexis (Gordon) Skeels of Bentley; as well as other relatives and many friends. Max was predeceased by his parents, William and Hilda Maxwell; his granddaughter, Brandi; and his brother, Clifford.
With respect for Max's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. Cremation took place at the Central Alberta Crematorium, Red Deer. If friends desire, memorial tributes in Max's Memory may be made directly to the charity of one's choice. Condolences to the family may also be expressed by e-mail to:
