HARDEN
Raymond "Ray" E. Harden of Rimbey, Alberta passed away peacefully at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre, Rimbey on Sunday, July 27, 2014 at the age of 72 years.
Ray will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Darlene; and his three sons, Dion (Edi) Harden of Rimbey; Dean (Laurie) Harden of Rocky Mountain House; and Darvin Harden of Fort McMurray; as well as five cherished grandchildren: Kassandra, Megan, Jacob, Destiny, and Savannah. He will also be lovingly remembered by three brothers: Don, Duane, and Robert; and six sisters: Eleanore Dufva, Joyce Hallgren, Marlene Dyrland, Linda Drain, Marlys Gullason, and Brenda Wight; in addition to numerous nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law, and other family members. Ray was predeceased by his parents, two brothers: Roland and Ronald; one sister, Dode Anderson; his mother and father-in-law; and two brothers-in-law.
A Family Gathering in Honour of Ray's Life will be held in the Lower Hall of the Rimbey United Church, Rimbey on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. Cremation took place at the Central Alberta Crematorium, Red Deer. If friends desire, memorial tributes in Ray's Memory may be made directly to the David Thompson Health Trust, c/o Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre ~ Area Three, Box 440, Rimbey, Alberta T0C 2J0.
