BETLAMINI
Mr. Richard "Dick" Joseph Betlamini of Pendryl, Alberta passed away at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre, Rimbey on Thursday, October 21, 2010 at the age of 84 years. Dick will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his son, Joe (Heather) Betlamini of Pendryl; and two daughters, Sheryl (David) Fricke of Ardrossan, Alberta; and Denise (David) Henry of Bentley; as well as seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. He will also be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his brother, Martin (Lucy) Betlamini of Rimbey; two sisters, Vicky McNiven of Vulcan; and Rena (Neil) Hengel of Vernon, B.C.; in addition to many nieces and nephews. Dick was predeceased by his parents; one brother, James Betlamini; one sister, Mary Betlamini; his brother-in-law, Dan McNiven; and his niece, Nita (Betlamini) Cook. "Dick will be fondly remembered for his dedication to cattle ranching all his life in the Pendryl area."
A Family Memorial Service in Celebration of Dick's Life was held at the Buck Lake Community Hall, Buck Lake on Friday, October 29, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Cremation took place at the Central Alberta Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta. If friends desire, memorial tributes in Dick's Memory may be made directly to the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre; Box 440, Rimbey, Alberta T0C 2J0.
