It is with great sadness that the children of Robert (Bob) James Shysh announce his passing on September 15th, 2011 at the age of 63. He will be forever remembered with love by his children: Rawnie (Andrew) Fraser and John (Monica) Shysh, his five beautiful grandchildren: Sheridan, Jayden, Jacob, Autumn and Weston and his two sisters: Donna (George) Danilak and Connie (Henry) Hollett. He was predeceased by his father, Peter Shysh and his mother, Pauline Shysh. Dad's humour and his gift of laughter will be forever engraved in all of our hearts. He had many friends who supported and cared for him throughout his lifetime, for this we know he was eternally grateful. A special thank you to his lifelong and best friend, Richard Corbett; you truly were the best friend he could have ever had. Thank you to the nurses at Leduc Hospital that loved and cared for him; you hold a special place in our hearts. We will miss you, Dad. We love you. Save a dance for each of us. At Dad's request, no memorial service will be held. Donations in his memory can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.
