Mr. Robert Irvin Misner of Rocky Mountain House, Alberta passed away suddenly in Rainbow Lake, Alberta on Monday February 21, 2005 at the age of 51 years. Robert was a loving and devoted husband, father, son and brother. Predeceased by his mother Edna Misner in 1992, sister Elaine in 1998, and by a brother Calvin in 2002, Robert is survived by his loving wife Donna of Rocky Mountain House, one son Josh Misner of Red Deer, daughter, Alexis Misner of Red Deer, his father; Victor Misner of Leedale, three brothers; Marvin (Trudy) Misner of Leedale, Ron (Delores) Misner of Eckville, Dave (Patti) Misner of Red Deer, one brother-in-law Gordon (Shelly) Dyrland of Gilby and one sister-in-law Kim Misner of Portland, Oregon. Bob loved his family and friends and being with them was what gave him joy. Camping, shooting the bull, puttering around the yard and debating with his mother-in-law were just a few of his past times. Bob was a wonderful man, as great as a father and husband as can be. We will all miss him dearly A celebration of Robert’s life will be held from the Leedale Community Hall on Saturday February 26, 2005 at 1:00 PM with Mr. Don McFadyen officiating. Interment of Robert’s cremated remains will follow in the Bradshaw cemetery. If friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
