Hello,

I am writing in response to the article published on Apr. 21 in the Rimbey Review titled “Help the Rimbey Review..”

It is very concerning and sad to see this is happening to our local paper and is understandable in these difficult times that they are asking the public for financial assistance.

We all realize how important the Rimbey Review is to the community and how they helped to promote our businesses and community activities. It would be very detrimental for us to lose our local paper as it is a great way for both individuals and organizations to communicate with society.

Therefore I feel as users of the Rimbey Review , maybe we could show in good faith a bit of financial support in the amount of ones personal choice if able. We have not had to pay for a subscription in the past for this paper, so perhaps we could consider this our voluntary subscription.

As I am a Rimbey resident for 70 years, I can assure you the Rimbey Review has given the community great support in the past. Now it is our opportunity to give back.

Personally I am supporting this effort and it would be nice if everyone would consider doing so as well.

Thank you for your consideration,

Michael Jarmoluk
