Rimbey Fish & Game members have youth fishing derby June 18

Great day of fishing and fun for club youth at Rimbey’s annual Youth Fishing Fun Day

Rimbey Fish & Game Association members have an exciting day of angling and fun coming up as the annual Youth Fishing Derby will be held June 18.

Kids enjoy a day of fishing with prizes for biggest fish, ugliest fish, weirdest fish, best snagged stick and much more. A barbeque lunch is provided.

There is no charge for the event but it’s intended for kids up to 16 years old and for Fish and Game members’ children only but memberships are available at the campground, including on the day of event.

Non-members are always welcome to come and sign up to be a Fish & Game member then enter that day for the awards. The club always has tons of prizes for the kids and it’s super fun for them, added organizers.

Register with Jim Koenig by calling 403-843-4252.
