By Jayme Russell Winfield 4-H Gait Riders Well we had a great few months of doing fun things in 4-H. We had a few of our rides cancelled because of the weather and being unable to get our horses to the arenas. This month we had our meeting on Feb. 10. We planned when we were going to have our rides for February and March. We had our ride on Feb. 13 with Dale and Bruce Adie at their arena. It was a good ride and I think that everyone learned something. We also had a clinic with Katie Roxborough on Feb. 19. The March ride is March 27 and there will be another clinic with Katie Roxborough on March 19. We had our multi species judging on Feb. 12. Six of us went to it and we all had a blast. We judged alpacas, heifers, horses, milking cows, and a bunch of other things. We had a great lunch and everyone did great with their judging.
