Hawk Tail Brewery hosts Brew Show

For the first of the three course meal, Chef Tom Feaver served brown butter scallops with a stone fruit coulis and a micro green cucumber salad.

Brewmaster, Randall Vandenhoven, asked participants and attendees at the Brew Show to choose their favourites of the their latest Golden Ale.

Cole Hook was among those in attendance at Hawk Tail’s Brew Show held on Saturday evening.

The team at Hawk Tail Brewery on the evening of the Brew Show did an incredible job serving attendees a world class meal.

The main course for the evening was Alberta AAA braised beef with chive Yukon potato pave and a savory brewers spent grain bread pudding along with a mushroom demi.

The final course was a chocolate and strawberry cheesecake
