The public will soon have a chance to learn more about the candidates vying for a spot on town council left vacant by MLA Joe Anglin.
A forum, sponsored by the Rimbey Library, for candidates Wayne Clark and Scott Ellis will be held June 26 at 7 p.m. at the Rimbey Community Centre.
A byelection is to be held July 9 and voting is to take place at the Town of Rimbey’s council chambers at 4938 50 Ave. from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Advanced polls will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 4 in the lobby of Parkland Manor.
