OSOKIN
Frances "Fran" Louise Osokin of the Homeglen District, Alberta passed away peacefully at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre on Monday, September 26, 2016 at the age of 70 years.
Fran will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her beloved husband of 48 years on September 27, 2016, Richard; and her two daughters, Michelle Osokin (Andre Doornbos) of Castlegar, B.C. and their daughter, Edie; and Leanne Osokin (David DeRosa) also of Castlegar, B.C. and their children, Marlo and Marcus. She will also be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her brother, Miles (Diana) McCall of Calgary; her sister, Susan (Doug) Laundry of Castor, Alberta; and her sister-in-law, Brenda McCall of Red Deer; in addition to several nieces and nephews, many other family members, and a host of cherished friends. Fran was predeceased by her parents, Elmer and Helen McCall; and her brother, Tom McCall.
A Public Memorial Service in Celebration of Fran's Life will be held today, Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 1:00 p.m., at the Peter Lougheed Community Centre, Rimbey with the Reverend Deborah Laing officiating. Cremation took place at the Central Alberta Crematorium, Red Deer.
