Our volunteers vary in age, gender, income, education, race or ethnic background, but all volunteers share one common thing – they want to improve the quality of life in their community.

It is with great sadness that I heard on the news of the bus accident and tragic death of a Rimbey student, Jennifer Dawn Noble.

I read John Peacock’s letter where he mentioned Alexander Solzhenitsyn.

Why is it that if you have a handicapped spouse you cannot care for them at home and get an allowance?

Dear Editor, As if the recent proposal to sterilize wolves in central Alberta were not enough, the Alberta government is now reportedly using strychnine to poison wolves in areas of northern Alberta.

Dear Editor, I was impressed with the honesty in your editorial of Apr 8. “You can talk the talk, but can you walk the walk?” There is much that we all must strive to do everyday to change our old habits of being addicted to power.

Dear Editor, In the library report of last week’s edition of the Rimbey Review it was erroneously stated that we receive funding from the Town of Ponoka.

Dear Editor, Twelve years ago, when I moved out west of Hoadley, I was very impressed with the newly expanded Hoadley Hall and the various activities that went on there.
